Para mí la cocina es mi concepto de vida y un referente laboral: cuido el producto, respeto la tradición y busco equilibrio entre sabor, técnica y emoción en cada plato.
Me he formado y sigo evolucionando cada día
Me formé en la Escuela de Hostelería de Cádiz y trabajo con mentalidad profesional en mi día a día. Aun así, sigo aprendiendo, renovándome y afinando mi cocina para ofrecerte siempre lo mejor.
Cocino con humildad y con producto de mi huerto ecológico
Mi secreto es cocinar siempre con humildad: nunca dejo de aprender. Trabajo con verduras y hortalizas que cultivo en mi huerto de origen ecológico, y esa conexión con el producto marca mi forma de cocinar y mi filosofía.

































Juanjo and his team were absolutely perfect from start to finish. Initially he worked with me to discuss a menu that catered to everyone, tastes and dietary requirements that also incorporated some regional dishes. Juanjo showed up promptly and was very flexible and patient - it was a bit difficult to get everyone seated as people were having a good time and the drinks were flowing, but Juanjo was very calm, patient and friendly throughout it all. Then when dinner was served he blew everyone away with the most delicious food! I was really in shock as I wasn’t sure what to expect, but had no idea we’d be in for such a treat! It was proper gourmet food and the plates kept coming out - each one of them was outstanding. Juanjo also bought a lovely birthday cake for me, complete with candles, as well as a separate one for my friend with dietary restrictions. Everyone said to me at the end how much they had enjoyed the food (but felt very stuffed as everyone ate so much). Multiple people also commented on how lovely and warm chef Juanjo was. I absolutely recommend Juanjo to anyone wholeheartedly - excellent communication, food and with a professional service. Chef’s kiss ???????? ????
